İbrahim Ermenek is a Legal Advisor to the Russian-Turkish Law Company and a faculty member in the Department of Civil Procedure Law at Ankara University Faculty of Law. He obtained his LL.M. with a thesis entitled "Admission of Claims and Admissions Made Before the Court", and later completed his Ph.D. with a dissertation on "Postponement of Bankruptcy." He conducted academic research on "Joinder and Severance of Actions" at Justus Liebig University (Germany) and the University of Houston (USA). He also carried out research on "Postponement of Bankruptcy" at the University of Augsburg (Germany). Prof. Dr. ERMENEK is the author of numerous academic publications, including:
