Süleyman Boşça graduated from the Faculty of Law of Ankara University in 2001 and was admitted to the Ankara Bar Association in 2002. He earned his Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Private Law from Ankara University. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Private Law at Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, where his doctoral dissertation focuses on Energy Performance Contracts.
In 2005, he successfully completed the Energy Law Certification Program organized by the Institute of Banking and Commercial Law.
Throughout his academic and professional career, Mr. Boşça has lectured on energy law and has presented papers at numerous national and international conferences and scientific symposiums.
He is actively involved in professional and public organizations and currently holds the following positions:
  • President of the Institute for Energy Law Studies;
  • President of the Energy Disputes Arbitration Center (EDAC);
  • President of the Energy Disputes Mediation Center;
  • Member of the Executive Board of the Türkiye–Libya Business Council under the Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEİK);
  • Chairman of the Disciplinary Committee of the Turkish Rugby Federation;
  • Member of the Turkish National Committee of the World Energy Council;
  • Member of the Italian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
