Turkish International Law & Consulting Firm Attorney Attends XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum

From May 19–21, 2025, the XIII St. Petersburg International Legal Forum took place at the Expoforum Convention and Exhibition Centre in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a leading platform for dialogue among legal, business, and political communities, the Forum, organized by the Russian Ministry of Justice and the Roscongress Foundation, brought together 5,000 participants from 81 countries, including 19 justice ministers, to discuss pressing legal issues under the theme “Law: Lessons from the Past for the Future of the World.”
The event was attended by Elena Nazhiganova, an attorney from the Turkish International Law & Consulting Firm. With a distinguished career spanning roles in the Russian Investigative Committee, the Moscow Region Prosecutor’s Office, and private legal practice since 2014, Elena specializes in economic and international criminal cases, arbitration disputes, and cross-border legal matters. During the Forum, she participated in key sessions addressing the modernization of international law, countering extremist ideologies, and advancing legal culture amid global changes.
“Attending the Forum provided a valuable opportunity to exchange insights with global colleagues and discuss critical challenges facing the legal community. Special focus was given to international justice and human rights protection, which directly aligns with my work on cross-border cases,” said Elena Nazhiganova.
The Turkish International Law & Consulting Firm is proud of its attorney’s participation in this prestigious event and remains committed to strengthening its presence on the global stage, delivering top-tier legal services in Russia, Turkey, and beyond.
